This twelve year old school is for those who take Yoga as a serious practice to be progressively built upon on an ongoing basis. This is not a drop-in centre - many students incorporate Yoga into their everyday lives. Programs are structured: classes packaged in four to six week durations and class sizes are limited. Personalized one-on-one workshops are also offered. This encompasses various aspects of Yoga instruction: postures, exercises, meditation, philosophy, theory and meditation. 80% of the students stay for five or more years. There is a database of over 300 names.
